Bob Bisno is NOT having a good ending to 2008, I feel.

Just take a look at what the L.A. City Planning Department thinks of his Ponte Vista at San Pedro project.

I am still trying to figure out how many units were sold at the auction Bob had marketed for City Place and what the selling prices were for the units that really sold.
