Even a bodybuilder like our Governator is too chicken to put his body where his mouth is - in San Mateo Creek. Besides this is just another government bailout - this time to developers! Funny how taxpayer money (in the form of tolls and guarantees) is recklessly spent to help them line their pockets, just like the CEO's on Wall Street.
