It is very important for as many people as possible to show up today. While Russo is in way over her head, Olsky is beyond evil. She must be stopped. She is employing many of the management tactics that brought her down in her previous district. Her yelling, screaming, and intimidating tactics used in negotiations have turned the classified employment sector upside down in this district. The end result is that a majority of classified employees, if they have a job at all, will return to a different job site with reduced salary and no benefits. Olsky seems to thrive in the chaotic and hostile work envirommemnt that she has created.
After decimating the classified, she will then go after certificated. She did it in her last district and will do it to this district, also.
What did you expect from a former Miller’s Outpost model?
Save your ire for Audrey Noji. This is the gal that singularly recruited Russo to return to SAUSD w/the promise of replacing Mijares.
You can send all the get well cards you want, but do not forget who is responsible for hiring and firing the Superintendent. It is the BofE. It’s time to retire Richardson and Hernandez so Noji is neutralized! The BofE needs to be held accountable for putting in place an inept Superintendent. After all, she brought Olsky on board to do her dirty work.

I agree the Board, with the lone exception of John Palacio, needs to be replaced. Then the Board has to clean house getting rid of Russo and Olsky. Finally the Board has to hire someone who can demand openness and honesty from their Administration.
Now all anyone gets from the Administration is orders for new furniture to furnish all the new offices they are having built for themselves. The people of Santa Ana need to oepn their eyes and demand change. Haven’t these “big shots” done enough?

A good housecleaning is in order and the removal of Richardson and Hernandez is a good start.
Noji’s decision to plop the current Superintendent in place has been disasterous. Furthermore, Noji’s clever & cunning tactics of recruiting Hernandez for the purpose of taking the heat for the board’s current antics is shameful. Hernandez is Noji’s convenient Mexican. Hernandez was never expected to be elected.
Noji’s ageneda needs to be sidelined.
