It is shameful that this is even a topic of discourse. I guess it’s easy to forget how Hillary was castigated ’92 for having the gall to call herself Hillary Rodham Clinton? Or that she wouldn’t be the kind of “first lady” (what kind of backwards terminology is that, anyway?) who baked cookies in the White House? Please, let us not be reduced to giving credence to this crap.

Grate One. Criticizes somebody for having “attitude written all over her.” This person just happens to be a woman of color. Of course Great One wouldn’t consider himself to have “an attitude” at all. And he wonders why everyone thinks he’s racist.

Typo. “Eleanor” is more recognizable than Elizabeth.
FDR’s very active bride with whom I discussed the current status of Social Security. She was not very talkative. Perhaps due to the fact that it was a statue at their presidential library in upstate New York. No one can say that I only visit Republican homes.

I read that the airlines are now charging for checked baggage. Will Michelle Obama represent “baggage ” for the Senator will be open for future debate. That said, we should not exclude Cindy McCain from similar oversight.

The question of the season is – would Michelle Obama have remained not proud to be an American if her hubby had lost to Sen. Clinton?

#1 – OK, Cyndy lifted recipes and claimed them to be her own. No biggie. However what troubles me is the public dumping of Rev. Wright by the Obamas. This man, by their own admission, was their spiritual advisor for over two decades. Unfortunately Rev. Wright became an inconvenience in Obama’s quest to the White House. And that’s old time politics.
