All the sale person or agents at the cityplace are dishonest people and low class, period.

Olson homes or Anaheim colony park are better and professional. Buy the house in Anaheim then the city of Anaheim will give the qualify buyer loan of 80k with 0.03% interest for 30 years.

the courtyards sold out last few weeks except plan 3 (all the plan 1,2,4,5,6 and 7 only left the model house and the units at the corner lot) because they has low down the price to only 399k for plan 7 (the biggest plan on the courtyards – the price for unit 7 last years is around 750-850k). All the small shop has business except the Mothers Markets. The Cityplace use the mothers market to sold their units, after sold out all the units then Mothers market are free to leave for good.

And what pray tell did those units sell for? Weren’t they auctioned at huge discounts?

I have been in Mothers several times. Always the workers outnumber the clients. Not good.

Geisha House is open, but while their Happy Hour business is doing well, their dinner service is not. I hope that they continue to grow and prosper, but I think that all of the businesses at the City Place are in a bind. Santa Ana simply is not a good market to be in, period.

Courtyards are the almost sold out. mother the market is very busy all the time. geisha house now open. lots of sales of townhomes. you people don’t know what you talk about.

Kim,

There are 43 units at the courtyards
with 12 guess parking, 70 units at the parks
with only 13 guess parking.
Most of the units offer 3 bedroom…etc.
For 113 unit with 25 guess parking plus “no
parking” at memory ln, lawson way and the
main is seriously a big problem for
residential at the city park. Also, remember
that you can not park at the business center
or at the Mothers the Market overnight.

The Mothers Market is a nice supermakert but
their business is not too good at the Santa
Ana City Place plus the weak economy as of
today, therefore it can be close down but
not at the present time because of the lease.
Without the Mothers Market then the property
at the Main City Park is really hard to sell
and the price will down if the Mother
market move out in the future.

It might not be Asian or Mercado marker because
of the location, but it can be somekind
of stores (Super 99 stores; T-J mark..etc)

Forsure mothers’cityplace will closing soon or later.
Renting fee was too expensive for Asian and Mexican Markets…

Dear Art Pedroza, it is too small for Vons or Ralphs. If it become Mercado then Can it survice at that location ? The rent overthere is expensive……
If it became Asian Market then it will has alots of rat/cockroach around there guarantee.

I have maintained from the beginning the premise that the Mother’s Market at CityPlace will eventually become a mercado. Quite frankly, they should have opened a Vons or a Ralphs there. Or a mercado. There is no market in Santa Ana for overpriced vegetarian stuff.

thank for your information but everybody
knowning that those people at IHB are seller, broker and loan officer…or….. They are all disguise and trick…readers.

I tried to locate decent seller at the cityplace.

Also, everybody knowning that the Mothers Market at the cityplace soon be close because they don’t
have enought customer….I been there at the Mothers Market for a full weeks / 18 hours a days and notice that they has so less customer to survive. If they close then it will be Asian Market or Mexican Market ? Please give advice.

try placing your request at the Irvine Housing blog, under the forums and under Orange county real estate and see what you get. I think you have to register to post at the forums, but it is free and it is easy to do.

The IHB has thousands of readers a day. Orange Juice has about 1.2k per day, so you stand a better chance at getting your questions answered if you try the IHB which is real estate focused.

I think your instincts are good about this deal. It smells fishy and if they are trying to intimidate you with their anger and rudeness… buyer beware!

So city place will fall into the orange school and not sata ana’s school district ?????
Can someone vertify this please.

I has been there at the city place and the seller (romayne,wayne miller, and another lady) was so dishonest and so gruff. Must pre-qualify with denise at wellfargo and that Denise’wellfargo is a very low , dishonest person that make you run away!. I hope that I can meet another seller at the city place as I really want to bought the property at city place as I hope that farmer market not turn to Mexican’market as I knonw that farmer market soon will turn to something else as you see that market has no customer at all!!!!

Please help if someone known another seller person that that city place.
